Evening Sessions: First Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Work Sessions: Second Tuesday at 4 p.m. and Third Tuesday at 11:30 a.m.

Comment/Signup deadlines are usually 5 p.m. on the Monday prior to a meeting.
General public comment takes places on the second and third Tuesdays of each month. The second Tuesday at 7 p.m. and the third Tuesday during the 1 p.m. regular session.
- Voicemail public comment is accepted between 5 p.m. Thursday and 5 p.m. Monday at 919-301-9499.
- In-person comment requires sign-up via online form or phone call to clerk. Speaker wishing to have presentation materials must email content by 5 p.m. Friday.
Public hearings on specific issues/items have their own online form but the rest is the same. See the public hearings issue list with dates, decorum & sign rules.
