Regular meetings are 1st & 3rd Mondays at 7 p.m. Written, virtual, or in-person comment available. Virtual sign-up by 2 p.m. on day of meeting, from link at top of agenda. In-person sign-up by 2 p.m. by phone (919-560-4166) or in-person with City Clerk.
Informal work sessions are usually Thursdays at 1 p.m. They have their own public comment rules. Most appropriate for general/non-agenda comments, for which citizens must request to speak and may upload documents 10 days prior.
