STATEWIDE: Activists seek federal coercion against parental rights laws
An LGBT group has filed a federal complaint over two of North Carolina’s laws limiting the scope of LGBT dominance at the local school level.
Citing Fairness in Women’s Sports and the Parents’ Bill of Rights (laws covered by B&R here, including why activists cite Title IX), the group reportedly argues that even requiring schools to notify parents of requested pronoun/sex changes amounts to a “hostile educational environment.”
